Dr. Rita Jairath<\/strong> is one of the pioneering athletes in women\u2019s bodybuilding from India<\/strong>. Winning the prestigious Pro-Card from the International Federation of Bodybuilding. She has various National and International body building accolades under her belt. She is also an IFBB Pro-League International Judge and a part of the Judging panel at the highest level in international shows.<\/p>\n

She is also a Bharatanatyam dancer and has won several contests, presently continuing with Ms Sudhana Shankar, who is a disciple of Padma Bhushan, Padma Vibhushan legendary Guru Saroja Vaidyanathan in Ganesh Natyalaya<\/strong>. She also has a business in New Delhi and is a guide and mentor to upcoming athletes.<\/p>\n

While she has contributed to the growth of fitness industry especially women\u2019s fitness, she has also dedicated her life towards her child, who is now 31 years old and challenged with autism<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

• Gave a creative and motivational TEDx talk<\/strong> on the “Creation and Evolution of thought”<\/strong> in February 2022.<\/li>\n
• She led the discussion panel in the World Women\u2019s Leadership<\/strong> Congress in February 2020 on the topics of women representing the elements of the universe: Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, space.<\/li>\n
• Gave a talk on several episodes of body, strength and fitness in various shows of SME BIZZ talk<\/strong> to promote small and medium scale enterprises and also promote fitness as a cause. These meets were held every month.<\/li>\n
• She is a member of the Paralympics Committee of India<\/strong> and supports the Para Powerlifting games.<\/li>\n
• Senior official at the National Para Powerlifting Championship<\/strong> held in Kolkata in March 2022<\/li>\n
• Gave a motivational speech on the platform of WeYo talks<\/strong> to encourage students at the GNOIT<\/strong> in April 2022<\/li>\n
• Gave a talk on the journey of self-actualization and explorations at the World Women’s Leadership Congress<\/strong> with women leaders participating from 45 countries.<\/li>\n
• She is the Co-chairperson<\/strong> of UK based women organization LOANI<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
• She is the Treasurer<\/strong> of Delhi Gym Association<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
• She is the council member of ELS Edification Plus UK that works extensively worldwide for Child Health, Child Safety, Child Education and Women Empowerment.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• She is currently working on a project by ELS Edification Plus in collaboration with Tamil Nadu Government<\/strong> to help in educating and training 2000 women in tribal<\/strong> and rural areas<\/strong> and help in a teachers training program as well as the Anganwadi program<\/strong> by the district collector of Thiruvannamalai district.<\/li>\n
• Formed a support group for women in collaboration with LOANI (Ladies of All Nations International)<\/strong> from United Kingdom<\/strong> to support the cause of women in various aspects counseling them for domestic violence, helping acid attack victims, supporting women entrepreneurs to become financially independent and also become healthy and strong.<\/li>\n
• Was the main speaker in the panel discussion at the India Inspire Summit<\/strong> to inspire upcoming athletes that was telecasted on NDTV Profit on the occasion of Republic Day in 2022<\/li>\n
